Bolzano Danza returns from July 16 to 31, 2026, with its 42nd edition, Horizon. The international festival for contemporary dance, organized by the Haydn Foundation, brings 36 artists from across Europe to Bolzano and presents more than 40 events, including numerous Italian premieres and world premieres.

Under the artistic direction of Olivier Dubois and Anouk Aspisi, audiences can expect a diverse program of performances, artist talks, DJ sets, and interactive formats. In addition to theaters, castles, parks, and public squares will also be transformed into stages for contemporary dance. With events for dance enthusiasts, curious visitors, and families, the festival invites everyone to experience the city and dance from new perspectives.

Bolzano Danza

From 16 to 31 July 2026, Bolzano Danza returns for its 42nd edition, Horizon, inviting audiences to experience contemporary dance in extraordinary locations across the city. With more than 40 events featuring international artists, Bolzano will become a meeting point for the European contemporary dance scene for two weeks.

Under the artistic direction of Anouk Aspisi and Olivier Dubois, the entire city becomes a stage.
